Refund on non collection of 2 parcels

good morning , i had 2 parcels ready for collection back in Febuary but the collecting driver at the time said he wouldn't be able to take them, i have tried to get them collected again but to no joy ,, so ive been trying to get a refund but the details of how to do it are very complicated and i just cant get it to go through on your system can someone please look into it for me parcel reference numbers are UX371****.001 and UX371**** as you will see they were all paid for but never collected. many thanks Andy collard

Driver was polite & on time. Tracking was excellent start to finish. Took photo on delivery of package by open door with gps as proof of delivery. I have used this company on many occasions for both delivery & despatch. As long as you the sender package things appropriately then there are rarely any issues. Far better than DPD in my opinion.

Stolen Package

Sadly the current Parcelforce delivery thieves strikes again. My parcel is in ''Secure PIN validation not possible'' for 2 days in a row, with the same hour being listed as closed, 17:00, when in fact their delivery window closes at 19:00 so to get at 17:00 at depot you must know already at 16:00 you're not going to deliver. The package is a gaming console and pretty much a sure target (silly boxed, very obvious) for Parcelforce staff. Well done heroes, you strike again.

Complaint the item I paid for to be delivered,was not delivered, I paid for to be delivered to j Hulme 2 East Road Liskeard PL14 3RR. It never got that address, it was delivered at Spar shop pL 14, No card Was put in letterbox, saying we're parcel dropped off. I told j Hulme 2 East road menheniot Liskeard. Worst customer experience ever

After lying about a collection attempt (I waited in for all day and have proof didn't happen) the customer service is automated only with no option for my problem, There is zero attempt to contact the customer and no human interaction possible. They need to get their operatives to provide photographic proof of failed attempts because I have CCTV proof that my front gate never opened!
