Issue with delivery

Package was sent from UK, never knew about delivery compagny name in my country, neither could I track my package. Of course I was not called by delivery Guy, nor allowed to change delivery as I never received any mail or text message. After some researches, it appears that GLS is the company that delivers in France for Parcelforce....and GLS is a real PAIN IN THE A.S . Now trying to get my package that apparently had a delivery attempt today, without any mail in my mailbox..... Horrible experience.

User's recommendation: NEVER use parcelforce if french customer as it uses GLS once package arrives in France.

How irresponsible and utterly dangerous, oh, and just to add, against the law. This could mean the death or serious injury of a child, inconsiderate and lazy driver potentially risking the lives of children to save him walking 20m. Ought to be sacked......

Unfortunately I can not give a star so you got one for existing because that's all you do. My friend send it to me (from UK to Poland) parcel with a quite expensive, for me, content. It vanished. It took them two weeks to tell me that it arrived in destination country...

Bag theft

After being in constant struggle with your representatives over the past few weeks, I can only say that your service is of low quality and that I will never recommend it to anyone. I sent three bags from london to Stirling on 29/10/2021, of which only two were delivered. The third bag (PBPV663227****) magically disappeared from your depot. I cannot accept this because the bag has particular print and colour so it cannot be easily lost among 100,000 cardboard boxes. What make matters worse is that your staff is not cooperative and doesnt provide any updates/information. You dont care about your customers. I am very disappointed.

Package damaged by parcelfirce

Parcelforce collected my parcel.of fresh fish from Scotland. Enroute to me they pierced a 1 inch thick polystyrene box wrapped over and over again in cling film usually another half inch! How on earth did they manage to do it. The whole consignment had to be dumped. So disappointed and annoyed. You pay a fortune for delivery and yet you don't receive the goods

My parcel is travelling everywhere...

This is THE worst parcel delivery service ever. It was supposed to be delivered between 14:25 and 15:25 yesterday. It never arrived. So now it's supposed be delivered between 14:30 and 15:30 today. Still no sign of it. When I try to live track, the van seems to be stopping in places for hours then getting nearer, then further. What a hopeless service. Being lied to and told the same thing over and over parcel never collected

I booked a collection and it never got collected, nobody has been in touch even tho they have 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses , I rang them 4 times and go the same script from them all , saying somebody with call the sender and sort it out saying someone will pickup that day or the next ,after nothing happened I rang again and got told the same thing theyve just took my money and lied to me BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,LIARS, DISGUSTING COMPANY ,AVOID .USE UPS

Missing parcel

ordered a hot tub through Amazon .Checked tracking no JC497**** ordered on 10th March National hub sorted 11th March Solent depot received at delivery depot 12th March on route to hub from Solent depot (I live 5 miles from Depot) Gloucester Depot received at delivery depot ?? Been at Gloucester depot as of 13th March. Been in contact with parcel force they are very slow to respond to messages.

Parcelforce 'lost' my parcel and never found it Parcelforce collected my parcel and then 'lost' it at their depot, it took 6 weeks of very frustrating effort to file my claim, there is no email address to chase, I had to tweet them to get it, I eventually got a fraction of its value back from them, a terrible experience, they have nothing but contempt for their customers believing that as they are part of the 'Royal Mail' they have a God-given right to our business, deeply arrogant and offensive. Use at your own peril!
